Information you send us
Newsletter requests, listing applications and enquiries can include your email, name, company information, website and message. An optional question asks how you found us; leaving it blank does not prevent submission. Forms send this information through FormSubmit to our team’s Gmail inbox. Do not send passwords, payment-card details or sensitive personal information.
We use enquiries to respond and review submissions, and newsletter requests to send the updates you requested. Applying for a listing is not consent to unrelated marketing. Company information you submit for publication may appear in a public profile; your private contact email is not intended for publication.
Why we process information
We handle requested enquiries and applications to take steps at your request, manage our publishing service and prevent abuse. Newsletter marketing and optional advertising storage rely on consent where required. Hosting providers may process technical connection information for delivery and security.
Service providers and international processing
Our site is hosted on Vercel. FormSubmit delivers form requests and Google provides the receiving email service. Embedded YouTube players and external links are provided by their respective operators. These providers may process information outside your country, including outside the European Economic Area. Their privacy notices describe their processing and transfer safeguards: Vercel, FormSubmit and Google.
Cookies, videos and advertising
Embedded YouTube videos contact Google when loaded or played and may use cookies or similar technologies under Google’s policies. External services have their own privacy choices. You can use your browser’s controls to remove or restrict stored data; this can affect playback and other features.
If Google advertising is enabled, Google and its partners may use cookies, device information and identifiers to serve and measure ads, prevent fraud and, with the appropriate consent, personalise advertising. Visitors in relevant regions will receive a consent message with accept, reject and manage options. Declining optional personalisation does not prevent reading our articles. No Google Analytics measurement tag is currently configured. Search Console provides aggregate search-performance information, not individual visitor sessions. We will update this notice when our measurement setup changes.
Your choices and rights
The Privacy choices link in our page footers opens Google's consent settings when its consent service is available. Until advertising is enabled, it takes you to this notice instead. You can continue browsing without agreeing to personalised advertising. This privacy page does not load advertising, analytics or consent-message tags.
When advertising is enabled, you can use those settings to revisit your consent and manage vendor choices. Withdrawing consent does not automatically erase cookies already stored by your browser; your browser's privacy settings let you remove them. Do not send us a cookie identifier or other sensitive data to change your choices.
To withdraw a newsletter request, correct submission information, or ask for access, deletion, restriction, portability or to object to processing, email vibeeconomies@gmail.com. We may need to verify that a request belongs to you. Withdrawal does not affect processing already lawfully carried out. You may complain to your local data-protection authority; in France this is the CNIL.
Retention and security
We keep requests and correspondence while needed to handle them and maintain relevant business records. Published company information remains part of our directory until updated or removed. You can request deletion or correction; applicable legal obligations or legitimate recordkeeping needs may limit what can be removed. We do not promise a fixed deletion period that our current email workflow cannot enforce.
Only send information necessary for your request. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Changes to this notice
We update this page when our services or data practices change. The date above identifies this version. Privacy questions are welcome at our contact email.
