Sources before superlatives.
These standards apply to Vibe Economies, Vibe Wire, FindSeed and Vibe Index. They describe the requirements for new and revised material, not a claim that every older page has been reverified. Older stories and directory entries may need corrections or updated source checks.
What supports a factual claim?
Link material claims to the most direct available evidence: a company announcement, filing, official program terms or an attributed interview. Label company-reported numbers as reported. If evidence is incomplete, say what is unknown. A link or publication date alone does not prove that every claim is current.
Keep the numbers distinct
Revenue is not profit. Annualized revenue and ARR are not automatically recognized annual revenue. A company valuation is not a founder’s net worth, and a funding announcement is not necessarily a completed transaction. Give the period, currency and source for material figures; label estimates and forecasts.
Reviews, listings and paid placement
Vibe Index accepts free editorial applications and offers paid listing packages. A paid placement is not independent validation, a ranking guarantee or a promise of coverage. New and revised sponsored placements should be identified as such. Do not assume every existing profile has been tested or that every historical placement label has been audited.
Dates and updates
Read news in the context of its publication date. A substantive correction should explain the changed fact and its source. Cosmetic edits, metadata changes and a new sitemap date must not be presented as a fresh verification of the story or program terms.
Tools do not replace evidence
Automated research, drafting and production tools can assist the workflow. Their outputs are not primary sources. Do not present a simulated interview, generated illustration or unperformed product test as real reporting or first-hand experience.

Email the exact URL, the disputed wording, the proposed correction and a primary source where possible. We do not promise a response deadline. This page is not a record that all past claims have been verified.
How to cite our work
Link to the specific article, company or program page rather than attributing every fact to the homepage. Preserve the date, reported-versus-verified distinction and any uncertainty. For an application decision, the program’s official current terms take precedence over our summary.
